Do I have to know about websites?
No. That's what we're here for. You just tell us what you sell, who you want to reach and what worries you. We decide how it's done.
What do I need to get started?
Just your business information: what you sell, your phone numbers, your address and, if you have them, your logo and photos. If you don't have any of that, we'll still help you.
Can I have my own domain?
Yes, from the Professional plan. If you already bought one, we connect it; if not, we help you register it.
What if I want to change something later?
You message us on WhatsApp and we look at it. If it's a content change we quote it right away; if it's something bigger, we give you the price before doing it. No surprises.
Can I cancel hosting whenever I want?
Yes, there's no lock-in. If you cancel, your website goes offline but you keep all your files and the design, in case you want to bring it back.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, we issue invoices with VAT (IGV). For corporate billing, we handle it through Story.
